摘　　要：目的了解新疆生产建设兵团第八师医疗机构医务人员手消毒状况,掌握影响医务人员手消毒效果的主要原因,为医疗机构医务人员手卫生监督监测工作提供科学依据。方法按照GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》对医疗机构医务人员手表面的菌落总数指标进行检测和评价。结果 2016年共检测医疗机构医务人员手的样品373份,消毒合格数为335份,合格率为89. 81%;市区医生手的消毒合格率(82. 08%)低于团场(90. 98%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3. 939,P <0. 05);医生手的消毒合格率(86. 84%)低于护士(94. 48%),差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5. 655,P <0. 05);不同类别医疗机构中,诊所医务人员手的消毒合格率最低(85. 09%)。结论针对医疗机构医务人员手消毒效果状况,要重点加强诊所医务人员手的消毒监督监测,完善医疗机构洗手及手消毒设施,重视医务人员手消毒技术的培训,增强医生手卫生的自觉性和依从性,持续提高医务人员手的消毒合格率。Objective In order to understand the disinfection status of medical staff in the medical institutions of the 8 thDivision of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and to master the main reasons affecting the disinfection effect of medical staff,so as to provide scientific basis for the medical supervision and monitoring of medical staff in medical institutions.Methods According to GB 15982-2012 Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standards,the total number of colony indicators on the surface of medical staff in medical institutions was tested and evaluated. Results In 2016,a total of 373 samples from medical staff in medical institutions were tested,and the number of disinfection was 335,with a pass rate of 89. 81%. The disinfection rate of doctors in the urban area( 82. 08%) was lower than that of the Corp( 90. 98%),and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 3. 939,P < 0. 05). The disinfection rate of doctors ’ hands( 86. 84%) was lower than that of nurses( 94. 48%),and the difference was statistically significant( χ~2= 5. 655,P < 0. 05). Among the different types of medical institutions,clinic medical staff had the lowest disinfection rate( 85. 09%). Conclusion In view of the disinfection effect of medical staff in medical institutions,it is necessary to focus on strengthening the disinfection supervision and monitoring of medical staff in clinics,improve the hand washing and hand disinfection facilities of medical institutions,pay attention to the training of medical staff’s hand disinfection technology,and enhance the consciousness and compliance of doctors’ hand hygiene,and keep improving the disinfection rate of medical staff.
