摘 要:以233 dtex/72 f聚酰胺66细旦丝生产为例,验证石英砂和金属砂两种滤材的过滤效果,以及对纺丝组件初始压力、物料停留时间、使用周期、产品质量、得率的影响。金属砂和金属烧结毡具有高空隙率,有效过滤面积大,组件使用周期比石英砂延长6~7 d;金属砂的多棱角容易捕捉到熔体中的异物及剪切熔体凝胶,有效改善可纺性,断丝次数减少0.6次/班,毛丝根数降低9.2根/筒,废丝率降低5.5%,满筒得率提高1.2%;细旦丝各项物性指标持平,质量均匀性得到提高。Taking 233 dtex/72 f polyamide 66 fine denier filament as an example, the filtering effect of quartz sand and metal sand as well as their effects on the initial pressure of spinning components, material residence time, service life, product quality and yield were verified. Metal sand and metal sintered felt has high air gap rate, large effective filtration area, and longer component life cycle than quartz sand by 6~7 d.The multi-edge angle of metal sand can easily capture foreign matter and shear melt gel, effectively improve spinnability, reduce the number of broken wires by 0.6 times/class, reduce the number of filament roots by 9.2 roots/tube, and reduce the rate of waste silk by 5.6%, and increase the yield of full cylinder by1.2%. The physical properties of fine denier filament are flat and the quality uniformity is improved.
