摘 要:文章利用粉煤灰处理染色废水,首先,用水热合成法制备沸石化粉煤灰,找出制备沸石化粉煤灰的最佳条件:NaOH浓度1 mol/L,100℃水热晶化4 h,在马弗炉中700℃焙烧1 h。然后用沸石化粉煤灰处理亚甲基兰模拟废水,找出最佳处理条件:沸石化粉煤灰投加量10 g/L,搅拌时间25 min,废水pH值2,废水初始浓度0.06 g/L,亚甲基兰废水处理后的脱色率和COD去除率最佳。此研究成果可用于染色废水处理,前景广阔。This article used zeolitization fly ash to treat dyeing wastewater.In the first,zeolitization fly ash was prepared by water-heating synthesis,the optimum condition for preparing zeolitization fly ash was found:the NaOH concentration was 1 mol/L,crystallization of water-heating in 100℃ for 4 h,roasting temperature 700℃ for 1 h in muffle furnace.Then,methene blue wastewater was treated by zeolitization fly ash,the optimum treatment condition was found:the decolorization rate and COD removal rate were optimum when the dosage of zeolitization fly ash was 10 g/L,stirring time was 25 min,wastewater pH was 2 and virgin concentration of methene blue wastewater was 0.06 g/L.This research result showed that it could be used in treating dyeing wastewater and would have an expansive prospect.
