摘 要:线粒体融合蛋白(mitofusin,Mfn)是一类位于线粒体外膜的三磷酸鸟苷酶,通过促进线粒体的融合进而直接影响线粒体功能,调节线粒体介导的细胞能量产生、自噬及凋亡等。在女性生殖系统中,Mfn在调节卵泡发育、促进窦前卵泡向窦卵泡转化、促进卵母细胞成熟以及维护妊娠期子宫内环境稳态等方面具有重要作用;此外,Mfn还参与多囊卵巢综合征等多种生殖系统相关疾病的病理发展过程,影响辅助生殖技术助孕妊娠结局。深入研究Mfn参与调控女性生殖的过程,可为进一步探索女性生殖发生相关的生物学分子机制,以及为促进女性生殖健康提供新的思路。本文就Mfn对女性生殖功能调控的研究进展进行综述。Mitofusins are defined as GTPases that located on the outer membrane of mitochondria. Mitofusins affect mitochondrial function by promoting fusion of mitochondrial outer membrane,and directly regulate cellular energy genesis,mitophagy and apoptosis. In the female reproductive system,mitofusins participate in regulating follicle development,inducing transition of preantral follicle to antral follicle,promoting mature of oocyte,and maintaining uterine internal environment during pregnancy. In addition,mitofusins are also involved in the pathological development of multiple reproductive system-related diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome and affect pregnancy outcomes of assisted reproductive technology. In-depth study of mitofusins’involvement in the regulation of female reproduction can provide new ideas for further exploration of the biological molecular mechanisms related to female reproduction,and provide new ideas for promoting female reproductive health. This paper focuses on current research progress of mitofusins on regulating female reproductive function.
