氟哌噻吨美利曲辛在心血管疾病中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,心血管疾病与焦虑抑郁障碍共病现象受到关注。已有的研究表明,焦虑抑郁是心血管疾病的高危因素,增加心血管事件的发生风险。氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(商品名黛力新)适用于合并轻中度焦虑抑郁障碍的心血管疾病患者,在临床中广泛应用。本文就黛力新对冠心病、心力衰竭、高血压、心律失常等心血管疾病治疗的有效性和安全性进行简要回顾。In recent years,the co-morbidity of cardiovascular disease with anxiety and depression disorder has been paid much attention to.Researches have indicated that anxiety and depression are the high-risk factors for cardiovascular disease,which increase the risk of incidence of cardiovascular events.Flupentixol/melitracen(trade name Deanxit)is widely used in patients who suffer from cardiovascular diseases complicated by mild or moderate anxiety and depression disorder.This article reviews the efficacy and safety of deanxit in treatment of coronary artery disease,heart failure,hypertension,arrhythmia and other cardiovascular disease.
