摘  要:针对双铰接剪式升降平台展开研究,首先理论分析推导出升降机构中的液压缸推力及升降平台起升速度的函数关系,采用控制变量法分析各参数变化对液压缸推力及升降平台起升速度的影响,确定液压缸最大推力及升降平台最大起升速度产生的位置及关键影响参数。以液压缸最大推力及升降平台最大起升速度为优化目标,利用多目标遗传算法得到液压缸铰接优化位置,为剪式升降平台的设计及液压缸位置布置提供理论依据,具有一定的实际研究意义和工程使用价值。According to the double hinged lift platform to launch the research,the function of the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder and the lifting speed of the lifting platform is deduced by theoretical analysis firstly,with the controlled variable method,the influence of the change of parameters on the thrust of hydraulic cylinder and the lifting speed of lifting platform is analyzed,the positions and the key influence parameters of the maximum thrust of hydraulic cylinder and the maximum lifting speed of the lifting platform are determined.Taking the maximum thrust of hydraulic cylinder and the maximum lifting speed of lifting platform as the optimization objective,the optimization position of hydraulic cylinder hinge is obtained by multi-objective genetic algorithm.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the fork lift and the location of the hydraulic cylinder,and has certain practical significance and engineering value.
