摘 要:红树林受到不合理的开发活动的影响而使面积骤减。为此,设计了一种红树林种子泥模播种机。首先通过优化动力学模型得到理论运动参数与受力情况。建立三维模型后,再用有限元仿真验证本机的强度。之后对机构进一步优化,改善播种机的强度,降低了52.7%的等效最大应力值。最后,制造出实物样机,并通过实地试验进行性能检验。检验结果表明:该机的实际运动参数误差小于10%,种子发芽率达到97%,机器的工作具有可靠性并保证了工作的效率。Mangrove forests,are plummeting by unreasonable development activities.To this end,a mangrove seeds clay sowing machine was designed.First,the theoretical kinetic parameters and the force situations were obtained by optimizing the kinetic model.After the establishment of three-dimensional model,the finite element simulation was used to verify the strength of the machine.Then the mechanism was further optimized to improve the strength of the machine which has reduced the equivalent maximum stress value of 52.7%.Finally,a physical prototype was manufactured and subjected to field tests for performance testing.The results show that the actual motion parameter error is less than 10%,the seed germination rate is 97%,the work of the machine is reliable and the efficiency of the work is guaranteed.
