摘  要:针对离合器从空滑进入滑摩临界点对应的轴向压缩量与汽车起步抖动之间的关系进行了分析,提出了通过调大离合器由空滑进入滑摩临界点的轴向压缩量来解决起步抖动的方法;对离合器结构参数与离合器由空滑进入滑摩临界点的轴向压缩量之间的关系进行了分析,提出了通过改变离合器波形片结构和改变离合器摩擦片尺寸来增大离合器空滑进入滑摩临界点的轴向压缩量的措施,解决了汽车起步抖动问题。以某型号汽车为例,对提出的措施进行了应用验证。Aimming at the relationship that between the amount of axial compression that from idle slipping to sliding friction and vehicle judder during starting is analyzed.The method of increasing the amount of axial compression of the critical point to avoid the vehicle judder during starting is proposed.The relationship between cultch structure parameters and the amount of axial compression that from idle slipping to sliding friction is analyzed.To solve the judder phenomenon,the measures of changing the structure of cushing plate and adjusting the size of friction plate to increasing the amount of axial compression that from idle slipping to sliding friction are presented.As an example,the method is applied to a type of vehicle,the method is validated.
