摘 要:建立了轴颈存在椭圆误差的滑动轴承转子系统动力学模型,通过求解雷诺方程计算出油膜力和轴承的承载能力,着重分析了椭圆误差对滑动轴承转子系统的能量损失、承载力系数以及端泄流量的影响,并根据稳定性临界转速得到椭圆误差对滑动轴承转子系统的能量损失、承载力系数以及端泄流量的影响曲线。研究结果表明:当偏心率小于0.2时,椭圆误差对滑动轴承转子系统的能量损失影响明显,当偏心率大于0.2时,椭圆误差对系统能量损失影响较小;随偏心率的增加,承载能力系数增加,椭圆误差越大,增加速率越小;同一系统中偏心率增加,轴承端泄流量增加,当偏心率大于0.6时,随椭圆误差的增加,系统端泄流量增加速率呈增大趋势。The dynamics model of hydrodynamic bearing rotor system with oval errors of the journal was established.The oil film force and the carrying capacity of the bearing were calculated by solving the Reynolds equation.The influence of oval errors on the power loss,carrying capacity coefficient and leakage flow of hydrodynamic bearing rotor system was analyzed emphatically.The influence maps of the oval errors on the power loss,carrying capacity coefficient and leakage flow of hydrodynamic bearing rotor system were obtained according to the critical speed of the stability.The results show that when the eccentricity is less than 0.2,the oval errors have a significant effect on the power loss of bearing system.When the eccentricity is more than 0.2,the oval errors have only a little effect on the power loss of bearing system.With the increase of eccentricity,the carrying capacity coefficient increases,and the larger the oval errors are,the lower the rate of increase is.As the eccentricity increases,leakage flow of the bearing will increases,When the eccentricity is more than 0.6,the rate of increase of leakage flow of the system will increases with the increase of the oval errors.
