摘　　要：目的:探讨参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔对老年不稳定型心绞痛患者血清组织蛋白酶S(Cat S)水平、红细胞比容(HCT)水平及疼痛改善的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月武汉市第一医院收治的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者120例,采用区组随机化法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予美托洛尔治疗,观察组患者给予参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗,两组患者均持续治疗4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后Cat S及HCT水平、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)和心绞痛发作情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为90. 00%(54/60),明显高于对照组的68. 33%(41/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。治疗后,两组患者Cat S、HCT水平较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);两组患者心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者心绞痛发作频率明显低于对照组,心绞痛持续时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效显著,能明显改善患者的Cat S、HCT水平,对心绞痛改善具有积极的意义。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with metoprolol on serum cathepsin S( Cat S),hematocrit( HCT) and pain improvement in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.METHODS: Totally 120 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted into the First Hospital of Wuhan from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2018 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol,while the observation group received Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with metoprolol,both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy,Cat S,HCT,visual analogue scale( VAS) and angina pectoris attack in two groups were observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 00%( 54/60),significantly higher than that in the control group 68. 33%( 41/60),with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of Cat S and HCT in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The frequency and duration of angina pectoris attack in two groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the frequency of angina pectoris attack in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05). After treatment,VAS scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences( P <0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Shensong Yangxin capsules combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris is remarkable,which can significantly improve the levels of Cat S and
