摘  要:目的分析Kummell病的磁共振成像(MRI)表现特征。方法回顾性分析丰县人民医院2018年1月至2019年7月由MRI诊断并经临床随访证实的29例Kummell病的资料。所有病例均行MRI矢状位T1WI、T2WI、精准频率反转恢复序列(SPAIR)及轴位T2WI扫描。结果MRI示29例中40个椎体受累及,病变椎体均存在不同程度的压缩变扁。MR上病变椎体主要信号特点:病变椎体在所有序列上均呈低信号(9个);椎体内出现T1WI低信号、T2WI和(或)SPAIR高信号的流体征(31个);T2WI及SPAIR外围水肿的高信号区包绕低信号真空裂缝区域的双线征(40个)。结论椎体压缩伴流体征或双线征是Kummell病特征MRI征象,MRI可为Kummell病诊断提供可靠依据。Objective To analyze the MRI features of Kummell′s disease.Methods Forty cases with Kummell′s disease diagnosed by MRI from January 2018 to July 2019 in Fengxian People′s Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All cases underwent sagittal T1WI,T2WI,SPAIR and axial T2WI scan.Results MRI showed that 40 vertebral bodies were involved in 29 patients.Compression and flattening were found in all the involved vertebral bodies.Main signal characteristics of diseased vertebral bodies on MRI images:low signal intensity within the involved vertebral bodies on all imaging sequences(n=9),fluid signs of low signal intensity by T1WI,high signal intensity on T2WI and(or)SPAIR(n=31)and"double line"signs of low signal intensity vacuum cleft surrounded by elevated signal from edema areas(n=40).Conclusion Vertebral compression with fluid sign or double-line sign is characteristic of Kummell′s disease.MRI can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis of Kummell′s disease.
