摘　　要：警察权是维持国家机器正常运转不可或缺的力量,学界对警察权也进行了多角度的解读。对此,系统梳理当前研究成果,对警察权的定义、特征、类型、属性、职能及警察权的异化、运行和规制进行归纳和总结,以期对进一步深入研究该问题提供参考方向。Police power is an indispensable force to maintain the normal operation of the state machinery.The academia has also interpreted police power from multiple angles.In this regard,this paper systematically reviewed the previous work,summarized the definition,characteristics,types,attributes,functions and alienation,operation and regulation of police power,so as to provide a reference and suggestions for further research on this issue.
