摘　　要：地质资料工作是一项政策性很强的工作,加强政策研究、制定与实施能够切实推动地质资料工作更加聚焦国家战略目标和社会发展需求。面对地质资料实际工作中存在的“重汇交轻服务、重管理轻开发”的问题,本文从地质资料服务政策现状研究入手,结合当前地质资料服务特点,从6个方面分析了社会化服务中存在的问题,有针对性地开展新形势下服务政策研究,并从增强基本服务、推进开发共享、加强能力建设3个方面提出相应策略,最后结合全国地质资料馆工作作出了服务实践案例。通过地质资料服务政策的研究与探索实践,对于各级地质资料馆藏机构进一步提升服务能力与水平具有指导和参考意义。Geological data management is a highly policy-oriented work.Through the policy research,formulation,and implementation,geological data management can be effectively promoted to focus more on national strategic goals and social development needs.Aim to solve the problems in the actual work of geological data management,this paper starts with the research on the current situation of geological data service policy,and combines the current characteristics of geological data service,the problems existing in social service are analyzed from six aspects,the service policies in the new situation are researched,and the corresponding strategies are put forward from three aspects:enhancing basic services,promoting development and sharing,and strengthening capacity building.At the end of this paper,cases of service practice are given in combination with the work of national geological data center.Through the research and practice of geological data service policy,it is of guiding and reference significance for the collection institutions of geological data at all levels to further improve their service ability and level.
