推进我国实物地质资料管理工作的思考

摘　　要：经过近二十年的发展,我国实物地质资料管理工作取得显著进展,已迈入“强化管理”新阶段,但面对新形势、新任务和新要求,我国实物地质资料管理尚存在一些问题和不足,主要包括规章制度和技术标准不完善、管理体制机制不完善、服务不到位等问题。基于当前实物地质资料管理现状,本文提出了规章制度体系建设、技术标准体系建设、保管体系建设、管理体制机制完善、信息化建设、服务应用研究、库房设施设备建设等方面的对策建议,可为推进我国实物地质资料管理工作提供一定参考和借鉴。The remarkable achievement in the cores and samples management has been made for twenty years in China,so that the cores and samples management has entered a new development stage of enhanced management.However,facing the new situation,new tasks and new requirements,there are still some prominent problems and deficiencies in the cores and samples management,including few regulations and technical standards,imperfect management mechanism,and poor services etc.As for promoting better cores and samples management in China,this paper has also given its own opinions:improving regulations and technology standard,establishing geological data storage system,perfecting management system,promoting informatization construction,strengthening service utilization research,and accelerating the warehouse facilities equipment construction et al.It is expected that this paper could provide some reference for the future cores and samples management.
