摘 要:为了解决恒源煤矿深部大断面岩巷因高地应力以及矿井灾害多等导致的巷道进尺较慢的问题,本文通过对-960 m水平东翼轨道大巷原有掘进技术进行分析,得到影响掘进速度的因素为地质条件客观因素和装备人员主观因素,然后通过对新型掘进技术的调研并结合大巷的地质条件,引进了“CMJ2-30液压掘进钻车+ZWY-180/79L型挖掘装载机+ST-8/6B型梭车”机械化作业线,使用了中深孔光面爆破技术并加强了劳动组织管理,炮眼利用率提高到80%左右,日进尺由1.6 m提升至2.8 m,并在2018年9月~12月期间共进尺354 m,平均月进尺88.5 m,较大程度地加快了大巷掘进速度,有效缓解了该矿采掘失衡的问题。In order to solve the problem that the roadway is slower due to high ground stress and high mine disasters in the deep section of Hengyuan coal mine.Based on the analysis of the original tunneling technology of-960 m horizontal east wing track roadway,this paper obtains that the factors affecting the tunneling speed are geological objective factors and subjective factors of equipment personnel,then through the investigation of the new excavation technology and the geological conditions of the main road,this paper introduces the mechanized operation line of“CMJ2-30 hydraulic excavation drilling rig+ZWY-180/79L excavation loader+ST-8/6B shuttle truck”,and uses medium and deep hole smooth blasting technology and strengthens the management of labor organization.The utilization ratio of blasting hole is increased to about 80%and the daily advance ruler is increased.From 1.6 m to 2.8 m,and in the four months from September to December 2018,a total of 354 m,with an average monthly advance of 88.5 m,has greatly accelerated the speed of roadway excavation and effectively alleviated the problem of mining imbalance in this mine.
