摘 要:对莫桑比克某海滨砂矿进行了工艺矿物学及锆英石选矿试验研究。采用磁选-电选联合精选流程,分别获得一级锆英石精矿ZrO2品位65.56%、回收率41.86%,三级锆英石精矿ZrO2品位64.65%、回收率34.22%的较好试验指标;锆英石精矿ZrO2综合回收率达到76.08%。研究结果可为开发利用莫桑比克某锆石资源提供借鉴和参考。An experimental study was conducted for the process mineralogy of a beach placer in Mozambique and a beneficiation test was also performed for the zircon ore.In the test,a combined flowsheet consisting of magnetic separation followed by electrostatic separation was adopted,producing the first-grade zircon concentrate grading 65.56%ZrO2 at 41.86%recovery and the third-grade zircon concentrate grading 64.65%ZrO2 at 34.22%recovery.The comprehensive recovery rate of ZrO2 of zircon concentrate reaches 76.08%,indicating a good result is obtained.It is concluded that this research results can be of reference for the development and utilization of the zircon resources in Mozambique.
