摘 要:针对某低品位氧化锰矿分选指标不高的现状,考查了原矿性质和-6 mm粒级分布情况,结合原工艺条件,进行了磁选-中矿分级脱泥以及分级磁选试验。结果表明:感应辊式磁选机处理粗粒级锰矿效果较好,高梯度磁选机处理细粒级锰矿效果较好,两种工艺流程均可获得混合精矿品位高于30%、回收率高于84%的较好指标。Aiming at poor beneficiation behavior of a low-grade manganese oxide ore,the characteristics of the raw ore and size distribution of-6 mm particles were all investigated.Based on the original processing conditions,an experiment was performed by adopting the process consisting of magnetic separation,classification and desliming of middlings,as well as classification and magnetic separation.It is shown that the induction roll magnetic separator is better for processing coarse-grained manganese ores,while the high gradient magnetic separator is better for fine-grained manganese ores.Both processes can produce a mixed concentrate with Mn grade higher than 30%and recovery rates higher than 84%.
