摘  要:采用煤泥还原白云鄂博铁精矿粉,研究了配碳比、还原时间、还原温度对铁精矿粉金属化率的影响。实验结果表明:煤泥还原铁精矿粉的最佳实验条件为:配碳比1.2、还原温度1250℃、还原时间30 min,此条件下金属化率达87.74%。该工艺可实现煤泥的高效清洁利用。Coal slime was used in the reduction of Bayan Obo iron concentrate powder,and the effects of different carbon ratio,reduction time and reduction temperature on the metallization rate of iron concentrate powder were investigated.The results show that the reduction of iron concentrate powder with coal slime under the following optimal experimental conditions,including carbon ratio of 1.2,reduction temperature of 1250℃,and reduction time of 30 min,can result in the metallization rate reaching 87.74%.It is concluded that this process can achieve the efficient and clean utilization of coal slime.
