摘  要:研究了不同固含量浆料的物化性能及其涂布极片的电化学性能,结果表明,固含量23%的浆料涂布粘度适中,相应涂布极片在较高硫负载量的情况下仍有1246 mAh/g的比容量,0.5C下循环100周后仍有600 mAh/g的比容量,相较其他固含量的涂布极片性能最优。The physicochemical properties of different solid-content slurries and the electrochemical performances of electrode with those slurry coatings were discussed.It is found that slurry with 23%solid content has a most appropriate viscosity,and the coating electrode with relatively high sulfur loading still exhibits a specific capacity of 1246 mAh/g,and remains a specific capacity of 600 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 0.5C,indicating it has a better performance comparing to the electrode with different solid-content slurry coatings.
