摘 要:通过水热法合成了(BiO)2CO3纳米线,并在真空条件下对其进行了不同条件的热处理,通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对其进行了物相、成分和形貌表征,并采用紫外可见光漫反射光谱、瞬态光电流分析对原始(BiO)2CO3纳米线及真空条件下的热解产物进行了性能研究。结果表明,真空条件下,次碳酸铋热分解产生Bi2O3,并进一步释放晶格氧形成非整比化合物Bi2O2.7和Bi2O2.3,两种非整比铋化合物的形成导致次碳酸铋纤维的光电流强度降低。(BiO)2CO3 nanowires were synthesized by hydrothermal method,and heat treatment was then performed for them under vacuum conditions with different parameters.The phases,components and morphology were characterized by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The performance of the original(BiO)2CO3 nanowires and pyrolysis products under vacuum was also studied by using UV-vis diffuse reflection spectrum and transient photocurrent analysis.The results show that under vacuum conditions,the thermal decomposition of bismuth subcarbonate can produce Bi2O3,and the further release of lattice oxygen can form nonstoichiometric compounds of Bi2O2.7 and Bi2O2.3,which results in the decrease in the photocurrent intensity of(BiO)2CO3 nanowires.
