摘 要:离子匹配水驱技术是注入流体与储存流体发生离子交换,相同矿化度条件下,岩石矿物中的Ca^2+可以被Na^+交换,从而强化原油、水、储层间的微观相互作用机制,通过注入介质与原油极性基团、地层水离子、黏土矿物精确匹配,增加油、水、岩石之间的界面斥力,使油膜易于剥离而提高驱油效率。该技术在安塞油田长6油藏首次应用并已取得初步效果,且根据流体性质监测结果及油井生产动态证实了多组分离子交换导致原油脱附这一理论。Ion-matched water flooding technology refers to the injection of specific fluids into the reservoir,during which the ions in the rock minerals,such as calcium ions,can be exchanged by sodium ions,thereby strengthening the microscopic interaction among crude oil,water and reservoirs.Since the injection medium is precisely matched with the polar group of the crude oil,the water ions of the strata,and the clay mineral,thus the interface repulsion among the oil,water and rock is fully enhanced,and the oil film is easily peeled off,improving the oil displacement efficiency.This technology has been applied for the first time in the Chang 6 oil reservoir of Ansai oilfield and has achieved preliminary results.In addition,the data of the monitored fluid property and oil well production dynamics confirm the theory of"multi-component ion exchange promotes crude oil desorption".
