摘 要:胡尖山油田A区块自2009年投入超前注水开发以来,受油藏孔隙度小、渗透率低、储层物性差、注水不见效,有效驱替系统难建立,优势见水方向明显,低产低效井占比大等开发矛盾制约,油藏开发水平逐年变差。论文通过剖析该油藏地质特征、历年开发认识,2018年通过开展油井解堵、注水井调剖、油井堵水、试验排状注水等低产低效治理手段,取得良好效果,为后期该油藏稳产奠定了基础。Since the A-block of Hujianshan oilfield was put into advanced water injection development in 2009,it has been constrained by development contradictions such as small porosity,low permeability,poor reservoir properties and ineffective water injection.The effective displacement system is difficult to establish,and the advantages are obvious in water direction and the low-production and low-efficiency wells are accounting for a large proportion,and the level of reservoir development has deteriorated year by year.The paper analyzes the geological characteristics of the reservoir and its understanding of development over the years.In 2018,it achieved good results by developing low-production and low-efficiency treatment methods such as oil wells plugging removal,water injection well profile control,oil well water blocking,and test row water injection.Stable production laid the foundation.
