摘  要:选取NRTL-HOC物性方法,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件建立了可信的醋酐精馏工艺的数学模型。利用Aspen Plus模型参数分析工具(设计规定、敏感度分析和优化),研究了影响精馏工序分离效果的主要操作参数——分馏塔T203的回流比、塔顶采出率和精制塔T204塔顶分凝器气相分率,得到产品合格(w>99.0%)且热量单耗最小的工艺改进操作参数:T203回流比R=4.07,采出率D=58.16 kg/h,T204塔顶分凝器气相质量分率为0.1。该操作条件下热量单耗为110.30 kJ/kg。Mathematical model was built by Aspen Plus with NRTL-HOC model to simulate purification section in acetic anhydride process.The effects of key operating parameters such as fractionating tower T203 reflux ratio,T203 distillation rate,and refining tower T204 condenser distillate fraction were investigated by using model analysis tools of design specifications,sensitivity analysis and optimization.Qualified products(mass fraction greater than 99.0%)was finally achieved under preferential operation conditions in which T203 reflux ratio was 4.07,T203 distillation mass rate was 58.16 kg/h,and T204 condenser distillate mass fraction was 0.1.And the unit heat consumption was minimized to110.30 kJ/kg.
