摘　　要：对卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机在含砂量一定工况下的应用进行了实验研究,阐述了适用于矿浆处理的离心机的结构和参数,并对关键部件螺旋体的减磨进行研究,以期为该类离心机在该领域或易磨损工况中的应用奠定基础。The experimental research on the application of the horizontal spiral discharging sedimentation centrifuge under a certain sand content is described,the structure and parameters of the centrifuge suitable for pulp processing are explained,and the wear reduction of spiral is studied,hoping to lay the foundation for the application of this type of centrifuge in this field or in wear-prone conditions.
