摘  要:热交换器是保证工业生产正常运行不可缺少的部件,同时也是开发利用二次能源以实现余热回收和节能增效的主要设备。近年来对热交换器进行能效测试与评价的技术得到了学术界和工程界的高度重视。介绍了几种常见的热交换器能效评价方法及其优缺点,包括基于牛顿传热定律的评价法、基于非平衡热力学的评价法以及基于层次分析的综合评价法。同时介绍了国内现有的热交换器能效评价标准,包括安全技术规范、国家标准、行业标准及地方标准,涉及的热交换器类型有板式、空冷式及管壳式等。Heat exchangers are indispensable devices to ensure the normal operation of industrial production.They are also the main equipment to utilize secondary energy to realize waste heat recovery and energy saving.The academic and engineering circles have paid high attention to energy efficiency testing and evaluation for heat exchangers in recent years.In this paper,several common energy efficiency evaluation methods are introduced,including the method based on Newton's law of heat transfer,the method based on non-equilibrium thermodynamics,and the comprehensive method based on analytic hierarchy process.The existing energy efficiency evaluation standards in China are also introduced,including special equipment specifications,national standards,industry standards,and local standards,involving plate type,air-cooled type and tubular type heat exchangers.
