摘　　要：网络治理机制作为网络治理的重要部分,在共生网络中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为了深入研究网络治理机制的效用,文章将网络治理机制划分为契约、信任、学习治理机制,基于共生理论视角,从理论上分析了网络治理机制对网络治理绩效的影响,并加入网络治理能力作为中介变量。根据假设构建理论模型,以山西省和陕西省的高新技术企业为研究对象,运用问卷调查方法,通过实证研究得出以下结论:这三个治理机制对网络治理绩效具有显著的正向影响;网络治理能力对网络治理绩效具有显著的正向影响,而且网络治理能力在网络治理机制与网络治理绩效中起到部分中介作用。研究结论表明网络治理机制以及网络治理能力对企业网络治理的研究价值,对企业的网络治理与良好运转具有一定的借鉴意义。As an important part of network governance,network governance mechanismplays an increasingly important role in the symbiotic network. In order to deeply study the effectiveness of the network governance mechanism,the network governance mechanism is divided into three dimensions in this study:contract,trust,and learning governance mechanism. Fromthe perspective of the symbiosis theory,the impact of the network governance mechanism on the network governanceperformance,andthe intermediary role of network governance capabilityare theoretically analyzed in the paper. According to the hypothesis,a theoretical model is constructed. Taken the high-tech enterprises in Shanxi Province and Shaanxi Province as the research object,with the questionnaire survey method,the following conclusions are drawn through empirical research. First,these three governance mechanisms have significant effects on network governance;second,network governance capability has a significant positive impact on network governance performance;third,network governance capability play a mediating role in network governance mechanism and network governance performance. The conclusions of this studyhighlights the research value of network governance mechanism and network governance capability on corporate network governance,and has certain reference significance for enterprises’ network governance and good operation.
