清肝益肾祛风方治疗肝肾阴虚、风阳上扰型高血压前期的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索清肝益肾祛风方(QYQF)治疗肝肾阴虚、风阳上扰型高血压前期的临床效果。方法选取符合肝肾阴虚、风阳上扰型高血压前期病人30例,给予QYQF干预1个疗程(6个月),分别监测所有病人治疗前后24 h动态血压以及血清中血糖、血脂含量。结果 QYQF能显著改善肝肾阴虚、风阳上扰型高血压前期病人高晨峰现象,降低24 h、白昼、夜间平均收缩压、舒张压、动脉压、脉压差水平以及24 h、白昼、夜间收缩压及舒张压负荷(P<0.05);降低三酰甘油、总胆固醇及空腹血糖水平(P<0.05);对病人肝肾功能无显著影响。结论 QYQF具有显著降低肝肾阴虚、风阳上扰型高血压前期病人血压的作用,且具有平稳降压、恢复血压昼夜节律、调节脂质代谢、潜在预防靶器官损害的作用特点。Objective To investigated the effect of Qinggan Yinshen Qufeng formula(QYQF) in prehypertension patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency and upper disturbance of wind yang based on syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods QYQF treatment was administered for 6 months.Thirty prehypertensive patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency and upper disturbance of wind yang were analyzed.The blood pressure were evaluated by 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure.In addition,the fasting blood glucose and lipid level were examined.Results After the treatment of QYQF,morning blood pressure surge(MBPS) was significantly improved,and the 24 h,daytime and night systolic,diastolic blood pressure,arterial pressure,pulse pressure and 24 h,daytime,and night systolic and diastolic blood pressure load were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Meanwhile,QYQF significantly decreased levels of fasting glucose,triglyceride,and total cholesterol in the prehypertensive patients(P<0.05),and there were no significant changes in liver and kidney function.Conclusion QYQF treatment could reduce the blood pressure in prehypertensive patients categorized as liver and kidney yin deficiency and upper disturbance of wind yang.Moreover,QYQF treatment could potentially stabilize the blood pressure,restore the blood pressure circadian rhythm,regulate lipid metabolism and prevent the target organ damage.
