摘　　要：结合我校生物化学与分子生物学实验室建设的实际情况及存在问题,文章对实验室科学、系统、规范化建设进行探讨,从制度管理、人员配置、开放性建设及安全问题等方面加以论述,以期建立科学合理的实验教学体系,并充分利用实验室资源。明确体制为先,制度保证,加强管理,是保障实验室科学化合理建设的关键。Combining with the actual situation and existing problems of the laboratory construction of Biochemistry and molecular biology in our university,this paper probes into the laboratory scientific,system and standardization construction,and discusses the system management,staffing,open construction and safety issues,with a view to establishing a scientific and rational experimental teaching system and making full use of laboratory resources.It is clear that the key to ensure the scientific and rational construction of laboratories is to take the system as the first,guarantee the system and strengthen the management.
