医学院校医疗健康大数据人才培养的思考与探索

摘　　要：文章首先从教育部新增数据科学与大数据专业阐述现阶段国家对大数据人才培养的重视,接下来分析培养满足医疗健康行业的大数据人才的迫切需要,探索如何在培养目标、课程体系、校企合作、师资建设、创新平台及国际合作等方面进行大数据人才培养,并提出指导性的建议。Firstly,this paper expounds that our country thinks highly of the training of big data talents at the present stage from the newly added Data Science and Big Data specialty of the Ministry of Education,and then analyses the urgent need to culture the big data talents satisfied with the medical and health industry.In view of this situation,this paper explores how to cultivate big data talents,from the training objectives,curriculum system,school-enterprise cooperation,teacher construction and innovation platform,and international cooperation,and puts forward guiding suggestions.
