不典型结节性黄瘤一例  

Tuberous xanthoma with atypical clinical manifestation:a case report

摘　　要：患者,女,56岁。右腹股沟、骶部丘疹和肿块32年。皮肤组织病理:组织细胞及泡沫样细胞浸润,较多多核巨细胞及不典型Touton细胞散在其中。免疫组化染色示浸润细胞表达CD68-PGM1、CD68-KP1和CD163。诊断:结节性黄瘤。给予手术及降脂治疗。A 56-year-old female presented with multiple papules and nodules on her right groin and sacral region for 32 years.Histopathological examination showed numerous epithelioid histiocytes and foam-like cells infiltrating in lower dermis,with scattered multinucleated giant cells and atypical Touton cells.Immunohistochemistry showed the tumor cells were positive for CD68-PGM1,CD68-KP1 and CD163.The diagnosis of tuberous xanthomas was made.The patient was treated with surgery and lipid lowering therapy.
