摘　　要：患儿,男,1岁5个月。躯干四肢丘疹、斑丘疹半年。组织病理特征符合慢性苔藓样糠疹,给予口服罗红霉素及外用他克莫司软膏后病情改善。A 17-month-old child presented with papules and maculopapules on the trunk and limbs for half a year.Pathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of pityriasis lichenoides chronica.The patient showed clinical improvement after treated with oral roxithromycin and topical tacrolimus cream.
