摘　　要：患儿,女,9岁。面部色斑9年。皮肤科查体符合太田痣和贫血痣表现。太田痣采用调Q激光处理,治疗后2年复诊,面部褐青色斑片消失。贫血痣未处理。A 9-year-old girl presented with facial stain for 9 years.The dermatological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of Ota nevus and nevus anemicus.The Ota nevus was treated by Q-switched laser and disappeared after 2 years treatment,but nevus anemicus was untreated.
