浅析王孟英《温热经纬》伏气温病观

摘　　要：清·王孟英《温热经纬》首提伏气温病和外感温病,前三卷分别从伏气温病病因、传变方式、小儿伏气温病、治则治法四个方面归纳总结,进一步完善伏气温病学说。在伏气温病病因上尤其重视五脏伏热、三阳经伏热、少阴肾伏热的内因;传变方式上创新伏气温病是血分达于气分,自里而发;发病人群尤重小儿;治疗方式上强调针刺、药物并用,均对临床温病治疗思路有重要指导意义。Incubating pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases and exogenous pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases are mentioned at first in Compendium on Epidemic Febrile Diseases by Wang Mengying of Qing Dynasty,and generalized and summarized in the first three volumes of this book respectively from following four aspects:etiology and transforming mode of incubating pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases,incubating pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases of children and therapeutic principle and method,which further expands the theory of incubating pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases.In the etiology of incubating pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases,the internal causes such as incubating heat in five viscera,incubating heat in three yang meridians and incubating heat in Shao-yin kidney are paid special attention.In the transforming mode,the innovative view of incubating pathogens-induced epidemic febrile diseases is blood system transforming to qi system and incubating from vivo.The affected population is especially in children.In the therapeutic method,it is emphasized to combine acupuncture with drugs,which has an important guiding significance for clinical treatment of epidemic febrile diseases.
