摘　　要：目的:分析BN-Ⅱ全自动特种蛋白分析仪测定免疫球蛋白G的临床效果。方法:采集2018年1月~2018年12月于本院体检的20例健康体检者血液样本,利用德国西门子公司生产的BN-Ⅱ全自动特种蛋白分析仪以及日本日立公司生产的7020全自动生化分析仪进行检测,对所得结果进行对比,分析BN-Ⅱ全自动特种蛋白分析仪在免疫球蛋白G临床检测中的应用价值。结果:BN-Ⅱ全自动特种蛋白分析仪检测结果与7020全自动生化分析仪检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),测定误差均能够被临床接受。结论:在今后免疫球蛋白G临床检验工作中BN-Ⅱ全自动特种蛋白分析仪能够取得理想的检测效果。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of BN-Ⅱautomatic special protein analyzer in the determination of immunoglobulin G.Methods:Blood samples of 20 healthy people who were examined in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were collected and tested by BN-Ⅱautomatic special protein analyzer manufactured by Siemens company in Germany and 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer manufactured by Hitachi company in Japan.The results were compared and analyzed Application value.Results:There was no significant difference between the detection results of BN-Ⅱautomatic special protein analyzer and 7020 automatic biochemical analyzer(P>0.05),and the measurement errors could be accepted clinically.Conclusion:In the future clinical test of immunoglobulin G,the BN-Ⅱfull-automatic special protein analyzer can achieve ideal detection effect and is worth popularizing.
