摘　　要：目的:研究不同术式治疗腰椎退变性侧弯的临床治疗价值。方法:从本院2017年12月~2018年12月随机选择18例符合腰椎退变性测弯诊断标准的患者,按照治疗方式进行分组,其中9例应用后路椎弓根钉棒系统治疗,纳入研究组。剩余9例采取植入物置入内固定,纳入对照组,对比两组患者治疗后JOA评分、临床治疗有效率和各项临床指标。结果:研究组的JOA评分效果较对照组好,研究组的治疗有效率为100%,高于对照组55.6%(P<0.05)。结论:不同术式治疗腰椎退变性侧弯的临床治疗效果存在差异,使用后路椎弓根钉棒系统治疗后能有效提高矫正率,有效提高JOA的评分效果,同时能缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量,临床价值显著。Objective:To study the clinical value of different surgical methods in treating lumbar degenerative scoliosis.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,18 patients randomly selected from our hospital to meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar degenerative curvature measurement were grouped according to the treatment method.Nine of them were treated with posterior pedicle screw system and included research group.The remaining 9 cases were implanted and fixed internally and included in the control group.The JOA scores,clinical treatment effectiveness,and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The JOA score of the study group was better than that of the control group.The treatment effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was higher than the control group by 55.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the clinical effects of different surgical methods for the treatment of lumbar degenerative scoliosis.The use of posterior pedicle screw system can effectively improve the correction rate,effectively improve the JOA score effect,and shorten the operation time and reduce the intraoperative The amount of bleeding has significant clinical value.
