摘　　要：目的:观察玫瑰糠疹病症治疗阶段,窄谱中波紫外线照射仪治疗方案的应用。方法:本文共计60例研究对象,于本院2016年6月~2017年6月接诊收治入院,均为玫瑰糠疹患者,依据患者治疗方案,将其划分为2组。观察组选择窄谱中波紫外线照射仪+药物治疗,对照组选择单一药物治疗,对比两组症状缓解时间、临床疗效。结果:患者瘙痒、鳞屑、红斑、丘疹症状消失时间对比,观察组均早于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组显效、有效、有效率高于对照组,无效人数低于对照组,组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:就玫瑰糠疹病症治疗,选择窄谱中波紫外线照射仪方式,具备显著的应用效果,症状缓解较快,可提升临床疗效。Objective:To observe the treatment stage of pityriasis rosea and the application of narrow band UVB irradiation.Methods:A total of 60 patients were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017.They were all patients with pityriasis rosea.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with narrow-band UVB+drug,and the control group was treated with single drug.Results:The disappearance time of pruritus,scale,erythema and papule in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the significant,effective and effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the number of invalid patients was lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pityriasis rosea,the narrow-band UVB irradiator has significant application effect,rapid symptom relief,and can improve the clinical effect,which is worth popularizing.
