摘　　要：目的:探究脑室—腹腔分流术对治疗外伤性脑积水的临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2017年3月~2018年4月收治的60例外伤性脑积水患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予脑室—腹腔分流术治疗,观察所有患者的治疗效果。结果:经治疗,本实验患者治疗总有效率为85.00%;并发症发生率为13.33%。结论:脑室—腹腔分流术对治疗外伤性脑积水的临床治疗效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ventriculo-peritoneal shunt on traumatic hydrocephalus.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with traumatic hydrocephalus treated in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with ventricular-peritoneal shunt to observe the treatment effect of all patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in this experiment was 85.00%;the complication rate was 13.33%.Conclusion:The ventricular-peritoneal shunt is effective in treating traumatic hydrocephalus.
