微量镇痛泵在分娩镇痛中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微量镇痛泵在分娩镇痛中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2017年12月~2019年5月接收的86例产妇作为研究对象,所有产妇均采用阴道分娩方式,将其基于奇偶顺序平均分为对照组和试验组,每组43例患者,对照组产妇在分娩过程中不采取任何镇痛措施,进行常规分娩,试验组产妇在分娩过程中采用微量镇痛泵进行镇痛,观察两组产妇在分娩过程中的疼痛情况以及顺利生产率。结果:试验组患者中完全无痛患者24例(55.82%)、微痛患者15例(34.88%)、疼痛患者4例(9.30%),对照组患者中完全无痛患者0例(0.00%)、微痛患者3例(6.98%)、疼痛患者40例(93.02%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组产妇的顺利生产率为97.67%(42/43),高于对照组产妇的86.05%(37/43),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微量镇痛泵在产妇分娩过程中进行镇痛可以起到有效缓解疼痛的效果,同时有助于提高顺利生产率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of micro analgesia pump in labor analgesia.Methods:A total of 86 women who were admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.All women used vaginal delivery.They were evenly divided into the control group and the test group based on the parity order,with 43 patients in each group.In the control group,the mothers did not take any analgesic measures during delivery,and performed routine labor.In the test group,the women used the micro-analgesia pump for analgesia,and observed the pain and smooth productivity of the two groups during delivery.Results:Among the patients in the test group,24 were completely painless(55.82%),15 were mildly painful(34.88%),4 were painful(9.30%),and 0 were completely painless in the control group(0.00%).3 patients with mild pain(6.98%)and 40 patients with pain(93.02%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The smooth productivity of the women in the test group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than the 86.05%(37/43)of the women in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of micro-analgesia pumps for analgesia during parturition can effectively relieve pain and improve smooth productivity.
