浅谈医院信息化管理中OA办公自动化系统的应用

摘　　要：随着经济和科技的发展,传统的办公管理模式渐渐被社会抛弃,取而代之是采用OA办公自动化系统。目前我国各级医疗机构普遍都采用了OA办公自动化系统,将医院大量冗杂的工作从手动办公中解救出来,实现了信息交流共享、集合处理办公事务、各项工作流程协作管理、网络传递电子文档等一系列办公工作自动化,从而避免不必要的资源浪费,减少信息办公中的失误,最终提高医院办公的工作效率和质量。本文将围绕医院OA办公自动化系统的发展及其特点,阐述办公自动化系统在医院中的应用。With the development of economy and technology,the traditional office management model is gradually abandoned by the society and replaced with OA office automation system.At present,medical institutions at all levels in China have generally adopted the OA office automation system,which saved a lot of redundant work in hospitals from manual office work,and realized information exchange and sharing,collective processing of office affairs,collaborative management of various work processes,and electronic document transmission on the network.Wait for a series of office automation to avoid unnecessary waste of resources,reduce errors in information office,and ultimately improve the efficiency and quality of hospital office work.This article will focus on the development of hospital OA office automation systems and their characteristics,and explain the application of office automation systems in hospitals.
