联接螺栓对鼓筒转子临界转速影响的研究

摘  要:针对航空发动机转子采用螺栓进行分段装配的特点,构建了一种螺栓联接鼓筒转子模型。利用ANSYS Workbench软件中Modal模块分析了不同螺栓数量、不同螺栓直径和不同螺栓预紧力下鼓筒转子的临界转速,分析结果表明:螺栓联接鼓筒转子的临界转速低于刚性简化后鼓筒转子的临界转速;增加螺栓数量可提高鼓筒转子的第1阶和第2阶临界转速,降低第3阶临界转速;增大螺栓直径可提高鼓筒转子的前3阶临界转速;增大螺栓预紧力可提高鼓筒转子的前3阶临界转速。According to the characteristics of the aero-engine rotor using bolts for segment assembly,a bolted drum rotor model is constructed.The Modal module in ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the critical speed of the drum rotor under different bolt numbers,different bolt diameters and different bolt preloading forces.The analysis results show that the critical speed of the bolted drum rotor is lower than the rigid simplified drum.The critical speed of the rotor;increasing the number of bolts can increase the first and second order critical speeds of the drum rotor,reducing the third order critical speed;increasing the bolt diameter can increase the first three steps of the drum rotor critical speed;increasing the bolts The pre-tensioning force can increase the critical speed of the first 3 steps of the drum rotor.
