摘  要:针对传统液压凿岩机双缓冲机构动力学分析准确性低的情况,对液压凿岩机双缓冲机构动力学分析方法进行了设计。从研究液压凿岩机双缓冲机构力学性能角度出发,在分析液压凿岩机原理的基础上构建了液压凿岩机双缓冲机构动力学三维仿真结构,对液压凿岩机双缓冲机构压力波反弹进行计算,对液压凿岩机双缓冲机构进行动力学分析。为证明该设计方法的有效性,进行仿真实验,将该设计方法与传统方法进行实验对比,结果表明,设计的液压凿岩机双缓冲机构动力学分析方法比传统方法准确性高,具有一定的实际应用意义。Aiming at the low accuracy of the dynamic analysis of the double-buffering mechanism of the traditional hydraulic rock drill,the dynamic analysis method of the double-buffering mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill is designed.Based on the analysis of the mechanical performance of the double-buffering mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill,the three-dimensional simulation structure of the double rocking mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill is constructed according to the principle of the hydraulic rock drill.The pressure wave rebound of the double rocking mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill is calculated,and the kinetic analysis of double shock absorber mechanism is performed.In order to prove the effectiveness of the design method,the simulation experiment is set up,and the design method of this paper is compared with the traditional method.The comparison results show that the designed dynamic analysis method of the double rocking mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill is more accurate than the traditional design analysis method,and has a certain practical significance.
