摘  要:隔水管张紧系统作为海洋浮式钻井的关键装备,其主要用于为隔水管系统提供恒定的顶部张力,克服船体升沉运动对系统的影响,保障隔水管系统的安全。传统的设计过程往往采用手工计算的方法,无法将张紧器和隔水管作为一个整体统一考虑,针对该情况,在AMESim仿真平台搭建张紧器-隔水管动力学仿真模型,分析系统性能及相关影响因子,并对在实际过程中使用较频繁的充放气过程进行了模拟。研究结果可为隔水管张紧器的设计优化和实船应用提供一定的理论依据。As the key equipment of marine floating drilling,the riser tensioning system is mainly used to provide a constant top tension for the riser system to overcome the impact of the hull heave motion on the system and ensure the safety of the riser system.The traditional design process often adopts manual calculation methods,and the tensioner and riser cannot be considered as a whole.In response to this situation,a tensioner-riser dynamics simulation model is built on the AMEsim simulation platform to analyze the system performance and related influencing factors,and the frequent filling and deflating processes used in the simulation are simulated.The research results can provide some theoretical basis for the design optimization and practical application of riser tensioners.
