摘　　要：针对便携型和可靠型电子设备的微通道液冷装置的需求,介绍了新型微型泵的种类和驱动原理,并阐明了其在电子设备热管理中的应用方式,为工程设计人员提供了有益参考。To meet the requirement of micro-channel liquid cooling device in portable and reliable electronic equipment,this paper introduces the types and driving principles of different kinds of micro-pump comprehensively,and illustrates their applications in thermal management of electronic equipment,which can provide useful guidelines for engineering designers.
