摘　　要：目的:评价留置针的生物安全性。方法:采用GB/T16886.5和YY0870.2中的方法对4种留置针进行细胞毒性和遗传毒性的检测。结果:细胞毒性试验中,4种留置针的细胞增殖率均大于70%,符合无细胞毒性的判定;遗传毒性试验中,4种留置针检测结果均与阴性对照组无显著性差异。结论:4种留置针均具有良好的生物安全性。Objective:To evaluate the biological safety of indwelling needles.Methods:The methods of GB/T16886.5 and YY0870.2 were used to detect the cytotoxicity and genotoxicity of 4 kinds of indwelling needles.Results:In the cytotoxicity test,the cell proliferation rate of the four types of indwelling needles was more than 70%,which meets the criteria of no cytotoxicity.In the genotoxicity test,the results in test groups and negative control group were not significantly different.Conclusion:All four types of indwelling needles have good biological safety.
