摘 要:目的:探究在对隐匿性骨折诊断中核磁共振成像和多层螺旋CT的诊断价值。方法:以2016年5月~2019年3月到本院就诊的96例隐匿性骨折作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=48,采用多层螺旋CT诊断法)、观察组(n=48,采用核磁共振成像诊断法),对比两种诊断法的诊断符合率、灵敏度、特异性。结果:观察组的诊断准确率比对照组高,差异显著;核磁共振成像诊断法的诊断灵敏度、特异性明显高于多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在诊断隐匿性骨折中,与多层螺旋CT诊断法相比,采用核磁共振成像诊断法,可帮助患者提升诊断符合率、灵敏度与特异性。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of occult fracture.Methods:96 cases of occult fractures who came to our hospital from May 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=48,multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis)and study group(magnetic resonance imaging).The diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging were significantly higher than those of multi-slice spiral CT,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with multi-slice spiral CT,MRI can help patients to improve the diagnostic coincidence rate,sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of occult fracture.
