摘　　要：目的:为了分析中空加压螺丝钉治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2016年8月~2017年8月本院收治的采用中空加压螺丝钉进行治疗的新鲜股骨颈骨折患者132例为研究对象开展回顾性分析,观察骨折愈合率、股骨头缺血坏死率以及髋关节功能Harris评分。结果:132例患者中共有129例患者骨折愈合,3例患者骨折未愈合,骨折愈合率为97.73%;共有18例患者发生股骨头缺血坏死,占比为13.64%,其中GardenⅠ型患者0例,GardenⅡ型1例,GardenⅢ型患者17例;髋关节功能Harris评分为42~100分,平均(90.16±6.34)分。结论:对于新鲜股骨颈骨折患者采用中空加压螺丝钉进行治疗具有较高的骨折愈合率,疗效可靠。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of hollow compression screws in the treatment of fresh femoral neck fractures.Methods:A total of 132 fresh femoral neck fracture patients treated with hollow compression screws treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected to conduct a retrospective analysis.The fracture healing rate and ischemic necrosis rate of the femoral head were observed.And Harris score for hip function.Results:Among these 132 patients,a total of 129 patients had fracture healing,3 patients had unhealed fractures,and the fracture healing rate was 97.73%.A total of 18 patients had avascular necrosis of the femoral head,accounting for 13.64%.There were 1 case of GardenⅡand 17 cases of GardenⅢ.The Harris score of hip joint function was 42~100,and the average score was(90.16±6.34)points.Conclusion:The use of hollow compression screws for patients with fresh femoral neck fractures has a high fracture healing rate,and the effect is reliable.
