摘　　要：目的:研究两件式尿路造口袋收集腹腔穿刺置管术后渗液的效果。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月在本院实施腹腔穿刺后引流管周围有渗液的患者120例,根据患者接受引流管周围渗液的收集方式不同将患者分为2组,对照组60例,其接受无菌纱布作为换药敷料,观察组60例,其接受两件式尿路造口袋收集腹腔穿刺置管术后渗液,观察2组患者的舒适度和皮炎发生率。结果:观察组患者的舒适度、皮炎发生率与对照组对比,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:使用两件式尿路造口袋收集腹腔穿刺置管术后渗液,可以提高患者的舒适度,并减少皮炎的发生。Objective:To study the effect of two-piece urinary ostomy bag on the collection of exudate after abdominal puncture and catheterization.Methods:120 patients with leakage around the drainage tube after abdominal puncture in our hospital were selected.The period was from June 2017 to June 2018.According to the different collection methods of patients receiving drainage around the drainage tube,the patients were divided into There are two groups,60 patients in the conventional group,who received sterile gauze as dressing dressings,and 60 patients in the experimental group,who received two-piece urinary ostomy bags to collect exudation after abdominal puncture and catheterization.Comfort and incidence of dermatitis.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the comfort and incidence of dermatitis in the experimental group were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of two-piece urinary ostomy bag to collect the exudate after abdominal puncture and intubation can improve the comfort of patients and reduce the occurrence of dermatitis.
