摘  要:选取北京市"十二五"期间建筑垃圾示范试点项目,以设计实践和技术研究为突破口进行对比分析。发现二级破碎+二级筛分或三级破碎+三级筛分+(人工、风力、磁力、水力)多级分选工艺普遍适用于北京等大型城市建筑垃圾处理。分析还表明,建筑垃圾利用设施是静脉产业园和静脉产业的重要延伸,不仅能实现园区内与其他静脉产业间的物质能量循环,还能实现自身处理单元与利用单元的物质梯级循环利用。The demonstration pilot project of construction and demolition debris in Beijing during the 12th Five-Year Plan period was selected to make a comparative analysis based on design practice and technical research.It is found that the process of two-stage crushing+two-stage screening or three-stage crushing+three-stage screening+multi-stage separation of artificial,wind,magnetic,and hydraulic is generally applicable to the treatment of construction and demolition debris in large cities such as Beijing.In addition,the utilization facility of construction and demolition debris is an important extension of venous industry park and venous industry,which can not only realize the material and energy cycle with other venous industry in the park,but also realize the material cascade recycling between its own treatment unit and utilization unit.
