摘　　要：老港渗滤液处理厂采用浸没燃烧蒸发技术(Submerged Combustion Evaporation,SCE)处理DTRO膜浓缩液,处理规模200 m3/d,利用填埋气作为能源处理膜浓缩液。蒸汽冷凝液出水满足GB 16889-2008生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准表2要求。不凝气最终产物为蒸汽及燃烧后的CO2、H2O、颗粒物等,污染物排放满足GB16297-1996大气污染物综合排放标准表2要求。DTRO membrane concentrate is treated by SCE process in Laogang leachate treatment plant with the treatment scale of 200 m3/d and the landfill gas is used as energy to treat membrane concentrate.The steam condensate effluent meets the requirements in table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).The final product of non-condensable gas is steam and CO2,H2O,particulate matter after combustion.Pollutant discharge meets the standard in table 2 of Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants(GB 16297-1996).
