摘　　要：在前人研究的基础上,从博弈论的视角出发,通过建立中小型餐厅与政府关于餐厨垃圾处理问题的博弈模型,对其进行分析,探讨达到餐厨垃圾良好处理效果的约束条件,并从科技创新、产业政策和政府监管等角度提出切实可行的政策建议。On the basis of previous studies and from the perspective of game theory,a game model between small and medium-sized restaurants and the government on the treatment of food waste was established and analyzed,in order to explore the constraint conditions to achieve a good treatment effect of food waste.Finally,feasible policy suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of scientific and technological innovation,industrial policy and government regulation.
